Data and purposes
The forms collect your name, company, country, email, phone number, technical and commercial machine details and any photos you provide. Data are used to assess and answer your enquiry and take pre-contractual steps you request. Do not send sensitive data, identity documents or unnecessary photographs of other people.
Legal basis and required information
Processing needed to respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal is based on pre-contractual steps requested by you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For business contacts and service protection, legitimate interests in managing commercial relationships and security may apply (Article 6(1)(f)). Required fields are necessary to handle the enquiry; without them the form cannot be submitted. The privacy checkbox acknowledges this notice; it is not marketing consent.
Security and recipients
Data are available to the controller and technical providers needed for hosting, storage and communication delivery. Email delivery uses Resend. Any Make, Zapier or Pipedrive connection will be used solely to handle commercial enquiries. Data are neither sold nor published.
Retention
Enquiries and photos are retained to handle the contact and, where no contract follows or documented protection need exists, for a maximum of 12 months. Data needed for a subsequent contract follow the relevant legal requirements. Hashed technical anti-spam keys have a maximum validity of 24 hours and are removed by automatic cleanup during service use. You may request deletion from the controller.
Providers and transfers
The technical infrastructure may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Any transfers must meet Chapter V GDPR requirements using the safeguards applicable to the provider. You can ask the controller about active providers and safeguards for your processing.
Your rights
Where provided by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by contacting christian@seghi.co. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or your competent supervisory authority. There is no profiling or automated decision-making producing legal effects.
Cookies, measurement and external links
The site uses no advertising cookies, Google Analytics, remote fonts or marketing scripts. Aggregated cookieless measurement through Plausible is prepared and remains disabled until the service is configured. A temporary anti-spam key does not directly identify the IP address. External links, including WhatsApp and social networks, are governed by the privacy notices of their respective services.
